The Mivlandian National Parliament (Mivlano: Mivlano Naṡoɲola Parikongra), or MNP, is the legislative branch government in the Kingdom of Mivland.

The formation of the national parliament is outlined in Amendment 1, Section 2 of the Mivlandian Constitution. The parliament is made up of nation-wide popularly elected citizens who represent to the executive branch the interest of the people voting in individual provinces. The parliament allocates 2 representatives for each federally recognized province. Because of Mivland's low and dispersed population density, a census to calculate how many representatives should represent a province has been deemed currently impossible, leaving a federally mandated minimum of 2.

The parliament is charged with the passage of federal legislation, known as bills, which, after majority vote and compromise, are sent to the Prime Minister and the Monarch to be either approved or vetoed. The Parliament also has its own federal powers as it initiates all bills, impeaches federal officials, and can remove the monarch from power in a removal trial. The Parliament rarely votes in person but all meetings occur in the South Wing of Greyhouse Palace, also call the Mivlandian House of Parliament.

The parliament has 3 high ranking officials: the Prime Minister, who works along side the Monarch is passing laws and regulating the order of government, the Secondary Governor, who is responsible to help maintain and regulate the parliamentary chamber with the Prime Minister, and the Parliamentary Majority Leader, who is the head of party with the most members of parliament and controls the voting bloc.
