The Ministry of Science and Production was formed to meet the scientific needs of the People's Republic of Richland. The Ministry was official formed on July 1, but has been experiment unofficially for over two years. Projects headed by the Ministry range from Nuclear Fission to a Pulse jet engine. The Ministry is currently heading projects for building Ion Weaponry and Solar Power.
