The Office of Minister of Research and Development was established with the formation of the Cabinet of Tinakula.

The Minister oversees the Research and Development within the Republic of Tinakula and the Ministry of Research and Development within the Cabinet.
Appointment
The appointment of the Minister is made by the Executive Council of Tinakula. People may nominate themselves to fill any vacancies but it's up to the Executive Council to decide.
