The Micronational Economic Community (also MEC) is a community of nations. The purpose of the MEC is to create an intermicronational currency with a respective overseeing bank along with a community of economicly alligned micronations. The beginning of the project originally came about on the forums of the Organisation of Active Micronations and the start up of the project was assisted by multiple nations.
