The Meadowen Empire was a very short lasting reformation of Schpecktenia, only lasting 5 weeks. Ruby I thought that the real problem was the Schpecktenia government, the Schpecktenia converted into the Meadowen Empire. The Meadowen Empire was to function like the Grand Empire of Schpecktenia, but the government was extremely short lived.
On 29 December 2023, the Constitution of the Meadowen Empire was discovered upon logging back into a Google account that was lost.
History
Roman Client State (5/2 - 5/29/2023)
Ruby I completely lost motivation, and gave Schpecktenia to the mock-gov Haltenburg. Schpecktenia became a colony of Haltenburg, and Ruby focused on other things besides micronationalism. Haltenburg would then change into the Roman Empire. After a long month of nothing, Ruby I decided to restart Schpecktenia. She wrote a new constitution, and formally declared independence from Rome.
Politics and government
The Government of the Meadowen Empire had a strict chain of command. The power going from strongest to weakest being the Emperor, Senior Spatio, Junior Spatio, Praeses, then Parvus.
Emperor
The Emperor was like a monarch, having full power and reigning for life. The Emperor was to make laws, be in charge of the nation, and communicate with foreign diplomats.
Spatios
The Spatios equally shared the state governance, but Spatios mainly were the leaders of the Principalities. Junior Spatios become Senior Spatios by serving for more than three terms. Spatios assume office for three months, elections happened in March, June, September, and December.
Praeses
The Legislature was mainly controlled by the Ministries of Meadowen. Leaders of Ministries were able to make laws, but most law making was done by the Emperor.
Military
The Military of the Meadowen Empire was to be the Imperial Army of Meadowen. The Imperial Army had two units, the 19th Imperial Regiment and the 23rd “Lock” Guard Division. The units came from the old Schpecktenian 1st Imperial Rifle Unit and the 2nd Imperial Guards Unit.
Ministries
Ministries had a lot of power in the Meadowen Empire, but ministries all had a specialized class
Department of War
The Department of War’s duties were to oversee war and diplomatic relations with other nations and manage the military.
Association of Governmental Security and Creation
The AGSC was the largest ministry in Meadowen. Its goal was to make sure that all of Meadowen’s governmental documents are correct, create additional government documents and anything needed for the nation.
Ministry of Economics
The Ministry of Economics was responsible for keeping the economy working and making sure the currency Pecunias were backed.
Internal Criminal Force
The ICF was a police force, and was never used.
Ominliud Department
Ominliud’s job was to complete any task that could not be assigned to any of the previous ministries.
Foreign relations
Meadowen's goal was to continue isolationism, and would ally with anyone previously allied with the Third Imperial Schpecktenian Republic.

Nothing much of the Principalities were ever created, but names were found on 29 December 2023

Economy
The official currency of Meadowen was the Pecunia. The only thing known was that finances were generated through taxation and working. Taxes happened monthly, being 20% of a citizen's total money. The taxes were distributed between the President and three Spatios.
