Group Stages

The 16 teams will be drawn into four groups and they will be restrictions implemented to make sure teams from the same micronation do not draw each other.

Groups will be played in a Round Robin format with each team playing home and away. The Winners and Runner-ups of each group will qualify for the Quarter Finals. The bottom team of each group will be eliminated, and the two best third-place teams will be transferred to the quarter-finals of the MVFF Dualiga.
