Felipe was born on October 16, 2004 in Fortaleza, Ceará, the second child. He was also baptized in Fortaleza a month after his birth. He then completed his primary education at Escola Coronel Adauto Bezerra, ending this cycle in the first year of the COVID 19 pandemic. Felipe is a great admirer of journalism, especially those who work with radio (broadcasters) and has repeatedly highlighted his vision regarding local and state journalism, believing that "direct journalism with simple language for the population to understand can bring many benefits to citizens." He has already exposed this in the journalistic works he presented, mainly in his high school graduation thesis in which he was responsible for covering the event.

Philanthropy and charitable works

Problems such as discrimination based on race, ethnicity or sexual orientation are problems that King Felipe often focuses on so that they can be combated. The King's humanitarian efforts focus mainly on people who have a disability, difficulties at school or other things, during his time in elementary and high school he also focused his efforts on helping known and unknown people who were around him, encouraging those who were infrequent, returned to classes and orchestrated donations of food baskets to be distributed to low-income families at the school in partnership with the board.
