Louis I (born 8 December 1990) was the king of Savoy. He declared the kingdom as a micronation on 12 December 2009. He was born in Lodz, Poland, but he quickly returned to his homeland in Haute-Savoie department in France. He spent his early life in Saint-Julien-en-Genevois near Geneva.
