The Lord High Admiral (LDHADM; French: Grande Admirale) is the titular head, and most senior officer of the Wellington Royal Navy. Lord High Admiral is now currently vested into the emperor, Zebrin I. By military protocol, the title used in international contexts is Lord High Admiral of Wellington.
The role of a Commander-in-Chief is to oversee the navy, appoint officers, as well as visits with troops, and as a naval officer, sometimes stations himself on ships.
