The club was established on 20 May 2023 AD in Porto Leone, Græcia.
Club crest and team colours
The club's crest is an edited version of the logo of the Armenian football club FC Urartu, featuring the colour scheme of Leontes BC.
The club's colours are dark red and silver. This colour scheme was chosen to separate the club's identity from the bright colours associated with the Free City of Porto Leone, just enough to maintain a clear link between them.
