Left Unity is a political party founded in 2020, its main goal being to join different members of the Left under one party, believing the Left is stronger united than fractured.
The party is made up of one central party body and multiple faction wings, each one representing a different leftist ideology present in the party. These range from more moderate ideologies, such as social democracy, democratic socialism, and eco-socialism, to more radical ones, such as communism, libertarian socialism, and anarchism. Each faction elects its own head, which collectively form the leadership of the whole party.
The party colours are red (representing left-wing politics), green (representing green politics), and black (representing anarchism and other libertarian movements).
