His Highness the ruler of Huajiangnesia, the noble founding father and respected Baijania, the hero of kangwana, Prince Escartil Lee Wen-zhen (Taiwanese: 李文甄, born November 14, 2003) is the founding father of Huajiangstan and the current federal chief executive of Huajiangstan, and Huajiangstan’s plenipotentiary representative in international organizations. Lee Wen-zhen is the first prince in the history of Huajiangstan to act as head of state three times and has been in power for more than 1,700 days.
