Leclairians are one of the ethnic groups in the Greater Metro East. Nations such as the Imperial Federation of Schpecktenia, Republic of South Meadowen, and the New Independent Taydrostian Movement have a majority Leclairian population.
People that classify as Leclairians are people that were born in the Edwardsville Township or live in the Edwardsville Ward 7.
Etymology
The name for Leclairians comes from the Village of LeClaire, which in 1934, the Village of Leclaire was incorporated into the City of Edwardsville.
