LGBT supporters in Zyamfrancia face severe punishments by the Zyamfrancian government and non-LGBT supporters. Inappropriate actions between same-sex people is punishable and can lead to a fine. It is illegal to change people's assigned sex in Zyamfrancia.[b]
LGBT supporters in Zyamfrancia have been imprisoned since 2022. In post-unification Zyamfrancia, any type of LGBT action but a heterosexual marriage is forbidden. Any same-sex inappropriate activity can lead to a fine, imprisonment, or an execution.
Zyamfrancia has been one of the most homophobic nations in the world[as in fiction]. It has been confirmed that homosexual people in Zyamfrancia have been imprisoned. Zeriez Hasan, president of Zyamfrancia, approved that law in 20 April 2023 .
Surgeries to change sex are illegal in Zyamfrancia and transgenders are not welcome. Yet, Zyamfrancia is one of the only countries that do not allow surgeries to change sex in the world, others than Majapahitana, Indonesosia, and Italia.[as in fiction]

In March 2022, Zyamfranz banned LGBT in Zyamfranzan-claimed lands in the Malay Archipelago, due to the fear of the Zyamfrancian government that Thai LGBT-supporters might kill non-LGBT supporters in the Indonesian islands[c]

The Zyamfrancian government says that according to the bible, there is only two types of sex, male and female, and you cannot change or be another gender outside male and female.

Many have debated about this situation, especially between the Zyamfranzan and Thai government. It is still debated until today, which causes a worse relationship between Thailand and Zyamfranz. Due to the difference of the majority of their religions, they fight over both LGBT rights and the Thai pride killings.
