LGBT+ rights in Roscamistan refer to the specific rights granted to people of the LGBTQ Community. Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transgenders, and their rights increased and decreased as time went on.

Historically, the outlook of the Government LGBT individuals as been of non-focus and lack of attention to it, though minorities in all branches of government have been vocal in anti-lgbt rhetoric, and have called for the illegalization of homosexuality.

The final executive de facto legalised all topics related to homosexuality after the last resignation of founder Thomas Jacobs back in June 2024.
