Klow was a municipality of the Commonwealth of Ballinfoyleburg and the state capital of Castlegar Village. It was heavily inspired by the capital of the fictional Balkan nation known as Syldavia that appears in the Adventures of Tintin comic series by Belgian cartoonist Hergé
