Kitonia is a province in Zenrax and is led by King Austin Rowe. Kitonia has authority over all of the US Eastern Seaboard under Zenrax. But anyone can join Kitonia no matter where they live but to be a territorial citizen you must live on the US Eastern Seaboard. We currently have four citizens and if you would like to become a citizen please contact the King at austin11rowe@gmail.com
