Kira I
Kira I is the current Cing of the Great States of O'Duighan. She assumed the throne on Ede 28, 0001 (November 15, 2020), after being elected to be the monarch.

Early life
Kira was born between 2009 and 2010. She was adopted from an animal shelter after the cat that came before her, Mazzy, died due to her heart stopping when she was in a veterinary clinic, after the vet left her in a room with no food or water. Not much is known of the early days of Kira's life, due to a lack of documentation.
Edenian-Cat War
Kira participated in the Edenian-Cat War, and was on the side of the Cat Rebels, however late into the war, she began to get into fights with Chibi and Sam, and was known to attack them regularly, though it was Chibi in particular. Kira would eventually begin to align herself with the O'Duighan government, however, she never left the Cat Rebels, and continued fighting until the end of the war.
After The War
After the war, Kira joined the right-wing Kitten Kommunal Party, along with Sam. The party aligned itself with the Social Moralist Party, and formed a majority in the government. The party was formed to counteract the rising support for Chibi, as she was beginning to gain massive support in O'Duighan, especially after the October 22 People's National Committee Elections, where she defeated all of her opponents, even ousting Kira from her seat, though Harold eventually gave her a new seat after he expanded the size of the committee. Kira and Sam feared she would gain enough power to coup the government, though even before O'Duighan existed, they feared Chibi when she came to the Duighan House in early 2019, due to her gaining popularity in the household, and they feared she would take over their territory. Currently, she now serves as Cing, after she was elected on Ede 28, 0001.
