The Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte, more commonly known as Kingdom of Trafalgar, is a kingdom bordered by Toronto, Canada. It consists of two duchies and a region directly ruled by the King: the duchy of Trafalgar in the East, the duchy of Bronte in the west, and the Wongti capital region ruled directly by the King, Gary I.

History

The land was originally settled by the Native Americans or the First Nations.

Great Britain

There has been strong movements for Oakville independence since Oakville was economically richer than the rest of Canada. Under the current King, Gary I, Oakville successfully gained its independence from Canada on September 24, 2020. He then established a Kingdom under his rule.

On the same day of the Kingdom's establishment, it joined Union Against Micronational War to promote peace among micronations. It is currently ruled by its first King, Gary I.

Politics and government

The Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte is ruled by the King, Gary I. There are two levels of governments. The central government is led by the King, Gary I. The duchy of Trafalgar and the duchy of Bronte are governed by a governor respectively. Citizens of the Kingdom are welcomed to apply for the Governor position.

Although the King has the final say, he will consult the Parliament before making decisions, whose members are either directly chosen by the King, or elected by the citizens. The Parliament has the right to propose changes to laws, propose the establishment of new laws, and suggest diplomatic actions.

The King is hereditary.

Religion

The Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte has no official religion, but all different religions are tolerated. There are many different churches and synagogues in the Kingdom. For example, there are Lutheran Church, Anglican Church, Catholic Church, Baptist Church and Synagogues.

The King, Gary I, is secular.

Law and order

The supreme leader of the Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte is the King, Gary I.

Foreign relations

The Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte recognizes all countries in the United Nations.

The Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte currently does not have any formal diplomatic relationships or alliances with other micronations, but leaders of other micronations are welcomed to negotiate treaties with the Kingdom.

In order to promote peace between micronations, the Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte has joined the Union Against Micronational War.

Military

The Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte does not have any armed forces. However, the King remains the right to conscript citizens into the army in case of an emergency.

Geography and climate

Geography

The Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte is located north of Lake Ontario. Its only neighbor is Canada.

Economy

The official currency of the Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte is Canadian Dollar. Anyone wishing to travel, live, study or work in the Kingdom need to prepare Canadian Dollars before entry.

The Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte is rich with a very high GDP per capita. In fact, it is richer than most of its neighbor, Canada. Free enterprises and businesses are encouraged in the Kingdom.

Culture

There is a wide variety of people in the Kingdom. The majority of the people is Anglophone Canadian. British culture is the mainstream culture, but all different cultures are accepted. People from different regions are free to practice their own culture in the Kingdom.

Immigration and Citizenship

The Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte welcomes people from everywhere to immigrate here. One can either apply for Permanent Resident Status or Full Citizenship.

Permanent Resident

Having a Permanent Resident (PR) status in the Kingdom means that one has all the rights as a full citizen, except the right of election and the right of being elected. A person with a PR status can enter and leave as many times as he wants, and there are no limits about the length of the stay.

Anyone can apply for PR status, no matter how many citizenships/passports he has.

The processing time of Permanent Resident status is one to seven days.

Citizenship

Having a citizenship status means having all the rights of PR status, as well as the right of election and the right of being elected. By applying for citizenship status, one guarantees that he will be loyal to the King, and the Kingdom.

People with less than 2 micronation citizenships (excluding the citizenship of the Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte) are eligible for applying for citizenship status. Double nationalities are permitted, but triple nationalities or more are not. People with citizenships of macro nations not recognized by the Kingdom (i.e. Somaliland) are prohibited to apply for citizenship status.

The processing time of citizenship status is one to seven days.

Travel

The Kingdom of Trafalgar and Bronte is a great destination for travel. The Kingdom is landlocked by Canada, so one has to apply for Canadian entry. The closest airport is Toronto Pearson International Airport in Toronto, Canada.

One needs to apply for a Visitor Visa to travel to the Kingdom. There are no restrictions in visa application. A passport from a macro nation or a micronation is needed. The application shall be sent online.
