Elkia, officially the Kingdom of Elkia (Scynn: Žedgradra s Elkja, I'manitii: Žedgrad p'Elkia), was a planned micronation for the year 2024. It was officially shut down due to inactivity, however has not yet been officially dissolved.
Etymology
The name "Elkia" comes directly from a fictional kingdom of the same name in the anime series No Game, No Life.
History
The nation was set up in early 2021, after the previous project known as The State had failed. The nation, being inactive for a long time, was morphed into the Kingdom of Ščynja, and collapsed a few weeks later.
Intermicronational Relations
Elkia never had any formal relations with other micronations.
Politics
The politics of Elkia today is mostly unknown, however it was most likely a semi-constitutional monarchy with some sort of legislative head.
