King of Arlberg

The King of Arlberg was a power created by the October 18 Declaration. The King of Arlberg was technically the owner of all the land in Arlberg, and he could deny people the right to use it. He could also veto acts of the Continental Congress if they did not have a three-fourths majority.
The King of Arlberg was something left out of previous constitutions, although John II had a legal right to that title. It was included in the October 18 Declaration, however.
After John II's death on April 18, 2006, his wife, Robyn, became the Queen, though her official title was still King of Arlberg.
