History
The club was established on 19 November 2020 in Ćougově, Čěrneś, Moreas Voivodeship, Græcia.
Club crest and team colours
The club's crest is an edited version of one of the old logos of Neuchâtel Xamax, an association football club from Neuchâtel, Canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Both logos feature a large X and that's why this was chosen.
The club's colours are dark green and white, colours associated with the olive trees and hope for their rebirth, respectively, as the borough was almost annihilated by the 2021 wildfires.

The club play their games at the Čěrneś Central Café, which can host up to 20 people. The players also conduct their training sessions there.
