"The Hierarchy" is a feature of countries in a Delvsian Jackist regime. Other schools of Jackist thought may use this, but this system actively calls for it

Jack Delves Land

Jack Delves Land held an "Electorate", a hierarchy chosen personally by the dictator. Some members of the Electorate are allowed to elect members below themselves.
