Jaceb Liam Kilpatrick-Fischer-Zilliox von Sierra was born as Jaceb Liam Kilpatrick on May 7, 1999 to Michael Kilpatrick and Tanya Kilpatrick (maiden name; Fischer). He is known for creating the Federal Republic of Sierra and The Confederation of Micronations of North America and Europe. He was a founding member of the MicroWiki Republican Army and established Sierra as a known power in the micronational world.
