Isidoro "Izzy" Amalfitano was the Secretary of the Treasury and a former Mayor of Bran District, in the Commonwealth of Dracul. He has held other positions within other micronations, such as the former Republic of Crotania. Throughout his time in micronationalism, Amalfitano has met various micronationalists and gained citizenships with others, such as Heimatia.
Early life
Isidoro Amalfitano was always interested in politics and government. Supporting this statement, he said "Ever since I could remember, I was never going straight to the Harry Potter books or The Hobbit but was going to the American Government and books on politics." Using these skills he gained from the book, he always found himself debating and challenging people's views. Once while scrolling on YouTube, he stumbled across a video on Micronations. He was automatically intrigued and fantasized on what he could create. The next day at school, he and the help of his friends created the nation of Crotania which lasted 5 years. This was the start of his Micronational career.

Amalfitano became a citizen of Dracul on the 11 March 2021, after dissolving the Republic of Crotania. Right away he became the first Director of the Dracul Historical society which was in charge of the Vlad library and the historical archives. While working there, he ran for Bran District City Councilman and won the votes of the council. A month passes by, and he runs for Bran District mayor crushing his opponent by a massive number of votes. He becomes mayor when the city goes under Martial law and after it was over, ran and won the seat of a city council member and the director of Parks and recreation. After his time in Bran, Isidoro moved to South Dracul, Joined the military, and has the honor of being picked and sworn in as the 5th Secretary of the Treasure where he still sits today.
Historical Society
Due to his organizational skills and interest in history, Amalfitano was hired as the first Director of the Dracul Historical Society. Shortly after, he hired various individuals to help him complete the mission of information gathering on not only Dracul, but Vlad III. Amalfitano decided in the summer of 2021 that a Dracul Film Festival, featuring various films would be a good fit for the community, as well as educational.
