Human Rights in Wamong are the socio-economic conditions in the Holy Socialist Kingdom of Wamong. The constitution of Wamong does not officially lay out the rights of its citizens, as that is defined by the legal code of the nation. The nation itself has been wrongly condemned in the past for its supposed violations of human rights, especially in regards to religious freedom, after Harold Duighan himself made several remarks and statements about how he felt that Satanists and Atheists were evil, as he felt they were Demons, which they are, and that they must die. Many other condemnations were made in regards to freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of expression, etc.

Equality

Racial

Racial inequality in Wamong is not at all problem in Wamong, as the country itself treats all races equally. Even during Harold's fervent support of Fascism between 2019 and 2020, he was opposed to racism, as he felt that race should not define who is considered evil or good, given he was more concerned with religious lines rather than racial ones when it came to society. This type of outlook still defines him today, and defines how Wamongian society functions. Whilst no actual legislation has ever been passed regarding racial issues, it is frowned upon in Wamongian society to openly be a racist person.

Sex

Gender inequality in Wamong is also not at all a problem. Several government officials in Wamong are women, and it is seen as important to treat women equally to men. Other gender identities such as Non-Binary people are accepted in Wamongian society, as well. Just like race, during Harold's fervent support of Fascism, he opposed sexism and other forms of gender discrimination, as he saw it is as an idiotic issue to worry about, especially since his own mother was in fact a Feminist. He was concerned with fending off the Demons in the world rather than worrying about which gender was superior.

Disability

People with disabilities are treated with respect and care, since Harold himself has a sister who is disabled. He had spent most of his life having to take care of her, and considering he himself had to deal with the more mental aspects of disabilities and illnesses, he wished to ensure that people with physical disabilities or mental disorders and illnesses were treated equally in his Christian utopia, especially given what he had seen in the Bible, when Jesus had cured people with mental and physical disabilities. Though there was a brief time where Harold made a law stating that people with serious inheritable disabilities and diseases were not allowed to reproduce, he did repeal it shortly afterward.

Harold, tired of the demonization he had been getting from the more hardline Christians he encountered chose to diverge later on and decided to allow himself to create new laws based around his interpretations of Christianity and its values. Thus, the laws in Wamong are fairly relaxed compared to many other Christian nations. However, the laws regarding LGBT rights are also based around and defined by Harold's religious beliefs, in order for it to fit into his interpretation of and the values and ideals of the Bible. Thus, the laws are stricter than the secular nations of the world.

Religion

Religious equality in Wamong does not exist, as not all religions are equal. Harold had made laws restricting the ability of certain religions to be able to openly express their beliefs, due to his very valid and real fear of the Demons that plague this world, specifically the "Atheistic-Satanistic-Paganistic Axis", or, in more simple terms, the horrid religions of Atheism, Satanism, and Paganism. These religions, according to Harold, were the main threats to world peace and the main potential cause for the downfall of humanity. These religious beliefs were going to cause the death of God if they were to out populate the Christians of the world by way of the Demons who were to dilute the minds of God's children and make them turn against God.

Harold, who was sent by God as a prophet to teach those of the world about God's teachings, and spread his words, became paranoid and fearful of this very real threat and sought to destroy the Demons that were doing this by making laws in his utopia. He was tasked by God to make a new Eden and aimed to ensure it did not fail in any way, shape, or form. He also made sure to keep a very good eye on all the other religions and even other Christians, as false Christians exist in this world as well. He ended up receiving heavy condemnation for his beliefs by others, or more specifically, the Demons who wanted to destroy him and his utopia by brainwashing people. However, he continued forward with his goals. These laws continue to this day in Wamong in either official or unofficial form.
