Commonwealth of High Wales and Iber Rus , Alancion , Lutherian-Brittany, and The Isles are four unified nations under one ruler and name of The Red Order.
Also commonly known as : " Old Wales " " South Wales " " Bryddlond " and " Kernowemaeg "
The name " Bryddlond " means Highlands or High Hill, This is the native name of the nation which is in Welsh.
The nation is self proclaimed and a mixture of Cornish, Welsh, Breton, French, Brythonic, Irish, Scottish Gaelic, Manx, Basque, Spanish, Gallic, thus forming " Kernowemaeg "
The origin of the name is unknown as well as the meaning, but is thought to mean " Fellow Highlanders "
Culture
The culture of High Wales is quite unique and diverse. Much of the culture was isolated in the mountainous country of wales, and developed to be extremely unique with many traditional Welsh dances. Common foods include pastries and sweets as well as fresh baked bread, Boiled Corn and Beef, Fried Fish, Crispy Baked potatoes filled with goat cheese and sour cream, and an array of foods from over 200 cultures.
History
In Prehistoric Wales lived the Celtic Neanderthals around 230,000 Years ago, The earliest known human remain discovered in modern-day Wales is a Neanderthal jawbone, found at the Bontnewydd Palaeolithic site in the valley of the River Elwy in North Wales, whose owner lived about 230,000 years ago in the Lower Palaeolithic period. The Red Lady of Paviland, a human skeleton dyed in red ochre, was discovered in 1823 in one of the Paviland limestone caves of the Gower Peninsula in Swansea, South Wales. Despite the name, the skeleton is that of a young man who lived about 33,000 years ago at the end of the Upper Paleolithic Period (old Stone Age). It is considered to be the oldest known ceremonial burial in Western Europe. The skeleton was found along with jewellery made from ivory and seashells and a mammoth's skull.
Later on the Celts , Ibers , and southern Slavs formed one nation of Iber Rus. After being pushed out of the Caucasus by the Abbasid and Seljuks, the Iber people ( called Baturi at the time ) would go on to travel to Europe. Several different tribes ventured to different places.
Ethnics
The Iber Rus and Iber Kaz peoples are a group of ethnicities with Celtic , Slavic , Hellenic , Germanic, and Anatolian ancestry. They originate from the Central Asian steppe in the Early Bronze age, believed to have been Proto-Nomadic warriors that pushed south into Anatolia and the Balkans from Central Asia, They are also related to the Peoples of Iran, Especially the Kurdan people. They later were defeated by the Circassians and the Persian people around 1440 AD. The remaining were taken into captivity by the Circassians and Persians and infused their DNA into their people with many years of captivity. They were the long lost brother of the Mongols and Turks, their culture still remains in the Altai Mountains. Along the way they split into several regions and then united into one tribe later.

There is no single answer for that, they are very diverse and their genetics and the direct genetic strain has been lost because of the dying out of their people, seeing as the Circassians and Persians conquered them, they have some Caucasian Genetics such as Georgian and Armenian, the farther west you go the harder it is to trace their ancestry, but originally the were sort of the “ little brother “ of the Altaic peoples, and still are. Later on they were conquered by the Celts , Slavs, Bulgars and Nordic peoples, after they fled, many of them united in what they believed was the “ Holy land “ which was the Caucasus and Eastern Europe, Some even traveled back to the Altai , but most united their genetics in The Caucasus to form one single people, seeing as they were separated by wars so many times. The DRD4-7R gene has often been associated with nomadic people and can be traced back to Central Asia and Siberia, It has been found inside all people that were originally nomads and is now being used to determine the descendants people of the Altai ( being the Iber Rus and Iber Kaz )
In conclusion they are Altaic - Proto Celtic and Slavic people , that also are similar to Caucasians , Scandanavians and Eastern Europeans, they especially are similar to the Scythians, anatolians, Iranians and people of the Balkans . They are indeed Milesians.

We have no idea where the Ibers truly originated but it is thought to be in Siberia and Central asia, as Siberian Proto-Nomadic Hunter Gatherers/Warriors called the Altakaxcha.

Around 1000 A.D. a man called Llywelyn gained the throne of Gwynedd and Powys by defeating The Prince of Gwynedd, Aeddan ap Blegywryd, and then went on to take control of Deheubarth by killing the Irish pretender, Rhain. Llywelyn died in 1023 leaving behind his son Gruffudd, who perhaps too young to succeed his father, would become the first and only true King of Wales. Gruffudd's full name was " Gruffudd ap Cynan " He was born in The Kingdom of Dublin in 1055. He later became the Prince of Gwynedd after his father died. He lived a long an eventful life in the course of Welsh Resistance against the Norman rule of the land. His children were Owain Gwynedd, Gwenllian ferch Gruffydd, Cadwaladr ap Gruffydd, Cadwallon ap Gruffydd, and Susanna Ferch Gruffudd. The list of the rulers of wales is long and uncompleted as one King ruled each province , most with Norman permission or resistance.
To this day Wales remains unrecognized and Laid under a layer of deep history, beautiful culture, oppression, and War. The reason for this is because of England, Which Annexed wales into the UK. Wales has always struggled for independence even for this day.
High Wales broke off to create the Old Wales of Independence for its people and freedom for all separated from the UK.
Sports
Common sports include Football (Soccer), Rugby, Polo, Horse Racing, and Falconry and are widely played by the people of High Wales.
Sporting events are held quite often publicly and privately for thousands of people.
With the mountainous regions in High Wales it is easy to practice falconry and train birds.

The High Welsh Military is Severely under developed, They still use Melee and Light ranged infantry units, They even have a special Ops Archer Unit instead of Using Firearms, They use custom Rifle Cartridges that are extremely accurate but have severely under developed firearms.

The government consist of the people , The royal council, The court, And the queen.
The government issues a vote for every law to the people letting them decide in a democratic form
The royal council is 200 people that have been elected that advise the Queen.

Government restrictions include Guns, Tobacco, Alcohol, Narcotics, Consent, and Medicines.
Guns being issued to approved individuals, But much lest restricted than in most of Europe and self defense is highly encouraged.
Tobacco can be accessed at the age of 21.
Alcohol is can only be Accessed from a parent or guardians approval and supervision of consumption at the age of 18 ,
At the age of 21 Alcohol is purchasable to citizens.
Only approved narcotics are legalized to buy at the age of 21, Such as Hemp and Mushrooms.
Medicine can be purchased at the age of 18 or up, otherwise a parent or guardian must purchase it for you.
The legal age of consent is 16 Years old.

The Economy Has risen 32% since 1999 . We have recently started using the High Welsh Dollar ( ħ ) instead of the pound sterling ( £ ) Most National income comes from Services industry.
