The City of High Dell is the capital city of the Territory of New Dell. First established on May 31, 2018, it is the economic center of New Dell due to the high amount of oranges in the city. City of High Dell is a city with history dating back to 2017, with the Republic of Tamcoop as the Province of Grandland, which was sadly lost during the Tamcoopese Provincial System Hacking where Tamcoop lost the majority of the provinces. The Kingdom of Paxland annexed the land along with the Territory of New Dell on May 31, 2018.
