The High Commissioner (Chinese: 高級專員, Malay: Pesuruhjaya Tinggi), or called as the First Counselor to the President (Chinese: 總統第一顧問), is a position that proposal ideas to the President of the Federation, or assist the President in part of the performance of his duties at the request of the President.
