economic zone, officially the central city, is an open future city. The mayor of the Center was formerly Mr. Heartland and later Mizuki Kotori, while the founder was Noriko Haruko. It has the distinctive feature that almost every building is brightly colored.
In some parts of it, it resembles the New Domino city, especially the pier as several highways rise above it. By the river, there is a place that looks like the site of the great October revolution
In the center of the Heartland city is the symbol of the city at the top, surrounded by a wall and has the Heartland tower
