Harlaus is a borough of the State of Avon. It was founded shortly after the Highland Region in June 2021, during a period of Herzetian territorial expansion. Harlaus does not have a permanent population, but some displaced and homeless individuals do live there on occasion.
Etymology
Harlaus' name is derived from the name of King Harlaus in the video game Mount and Blade: Warband.
