Grand Duke of Winterspell, is a hereditary un-landed non-sovereign noble title in the Kingdom of Winterspell.
History
The Grand Ducal title was granted to Prince Hunter on 1 June 2020 following the passage of the June Concordat[1] in honour of his previous roles as Lord, Prince, Dauphin, and co-founder.
On 14 July 2022, the Grand Duke Amendment[2] to the Winterspellian constitution was passed naming the Grand Duke as the designated regent in the event that the monarch is unable to carry out their duties as head of state.
Powers and Duties
The Grand Duke is the designated regent of the Kingdom. This power is exercised when the monarch is unable to carry out their duties as head of state. The Grand Duke also serves as a tiebreaker for parliament.
