History
The club was established on 10 October 2022 in Nea Ionia, Atthicon Voivodeship, Græcia.
Club crest and team colours
The club's crest is an adaptation of the logo of Neos Panionios F.C., worn between 1994 and 2006.
The club's colours are dark blue and red, adopted from Panionios, but reversed, in order to emphasise the borough's identity, as dark blue is prevalent in its flag and coat of arms.

Venues
The club play their games at Aztec Café, which is located in the borough's commercial area. It can host up to 25 people. The players also conduct their training sessions there.
Other facilities
The club's HQ are located in an office above the café. The physio's facilities are located in another building, on the opposite side of the street.
