The People’s Democratic Republic of Fridenia, more commonly known as The PDRF, was a micronation in Sydney, Australia.
It was a successor to the Ewigesreich, a now-defunct micronation. The nation was a dictatorship, run similarly to North Korea by a supreme leader and protected by the same enforcers from the former Ewigesreich.
However, it was brought down by the Fridenian Revolution of 2021.

Etymology
Fridenia drew from its name, “Peace,” in German. On the day of its founding the Supreme Leader proclaimed that there would be no more fighting under his rule.
History
Founding the republic
In early 2021, on New Year’s Eve, in fact, the former citizens and members of the Ewigesreich came together and decided it was a good time for another micronation. This attracted another group of people, who decided to join.
The Fridenian Revolution
After one month of existence, it was painstakingly clear that the Supreme Leader was incompetent and corrupt, and his lack of skill proved to be downfall of the government. The economy crumbled, and the new currency (the Republikmark) suffered from hyperinflation, 1 Molossian Valora being 500,205.7 Republikmarks back then.
The people revolted, as rioting broke out all around Silberstadt, as the enforcers were gradually overwhelmed by the rebels. The armoury in Seestadt was seized by the rebels, as the Supreme Leader fled to his residence with two or three guards. The Fridenian flag was captured by the rebels, and the remaining handful of enforcers surrendered. At that point, according to one account, Pyrinthian soldiers allegedly arrived and fought the rebels before withdrawing, though the legitimacy of the account is still contested.
Finally, as the revolutionaries advanced on the Supreme Leader’s residence, his cabinet was hiding with him in the attic, guarded by a handful of enforcers. However, as the rebels surged through the front door, the guards flew a white flag, surrendering to the rebels. The Supreme Leader and his lackeys were marched out through the door, as the revolution officially came to an end.
The supreme leader was exiled to an overseas colony, on the other side of Sydney, stripped of all titles and power. The cabinet was imprisoned for a short time, then released on probation to live as normal citizens.
Forming the New Order
After the ex-government was dealt with, the rebels elected a provisional government and quickly drafted a constitution, as a new language- Hawaiian- was introduced to the nation. The new nation- the Republic of Maluhia- was officially created, as the bicolor of the country flew over Silberstadt.
The rebels agreed that the country should be democratic, and established a new currency and election system.
Politics and government
The government was a totalitarian dictatorship, and the state was run by an iron fist, imprisoning or exiling dissenters, just like the Ewigesreich. The supreme leader held all power, and controlled the economy as well, rationing food and water, as well as outlawing religions, “Treasonous” music, and any and all freedom.
Law and order
The state had no justice system- the Supreme leader decided whether the accused were guilty or not, and the enforcers were paid lackeys who didn’t care for the law.
Military
The state police, or enforcers, were relatively incompetent at their jobs, and had varied equipment: some had obsolete Nerf Guns, some had airsoft guns, and some had mere gel pistols. The enforcers lacked a rank structure and system, and the navy was nonexistent.
Such ineptitude led to the nation’s rapid downfall in the rebellion, and subsequently the new micronation created had a proper military system.
Economy
The economy was nonexistent- the Republikmark constantly suffered from inflation and they had no standard to back the paper currency up with. Trade was also rare, and their only partner- Pyrinthia- rarely exchanged goods with them, as the Republikmark was all but worthless.
Culture and media
Under Fridenia’s rule, all culture was scrounged from the micronation: Internet was allegedly outlawed, religion banned, as the enforcers burned all religious texts, and “Treasonous” music (songs that weren’t patriotic) was prohibited.
