History

The current flag was adopted since the original foundation of Lémarita. It was on the 1st anniversary of Lémarita's foundation in 2021 when Benz Gian proposed an alternate design for the flag. This proposed design included the addition of red bands bordering around the green and yellow parts of the flag.

Around October of the same year, the administration decided to make the proposed alternate flag (also known as the Blood Stained Banner) its official alternate flag. This alternate flag could also be flown alongside the official design during significant occasions. However, the flag was later scrapped and forgotten.

On July 6, 2023, Lémarita was admitted to Arlandica to become one of its provinces. Many new proposed designs were submitted to the monarch of Arlandica, but he immediately rejected all the designs. He stated that the flag of Lémarita is too perfect to be changed.

Design

The flag consists of a three-colored polybar design arranged in a specific order of green, blue, and yellow. These colors correspond to Lémarita's provincial colors. Green symbolizes growth and prosperity, blue represents peace and unity, and yellow signifies wealth and courage.
