Fierian Second Republic (French : IIème République de Fiera), more commonly known as Fiera. This micronation does not claim any territory apart from the digital territory (Discord), it has no territorial capacity. The micronation had 6 citizens at the proclamation of the second republic. No administrative subdivision is counted, and only the central government manages the administration of this micronation. Only French is recognized as an official language, no other language is recognized. The main citizens of this republic being on the same continent and time zone, then UTC+1 was decided for the sake of consistency with the people. Fiera is a micronation existing since 2019 under the name "Republic of Fiera", however at the end of this republic, the activity came to an end and the remaining citizens declared the creation of the second republic of Fiera. The remaining citizens resumed their functions of the First Republic of Fiera as members of the Office of Governance and divided into several administrations managing specific activities.
History
Democratic Republic of Fiera
Founded in spring 2019 by two friends, André Delacroix and Julien Marie who proclaimed themselves president and prime minister of the country respectively, they created the “Democratic Republic of Fiera”. The micronation advocated democratic values and a liberal communist model.
A citizens' assembly was created a month later in which all citizens were free to vote.
A few months later, Julian Marie then prime minister announced his resignation, the president named him an honorary citizen for the help provided to the micronation and the people.
For one year the Republic of Fiera will remain in hibernation before the President declares the transition to the Republic of Fiera in February 2021
Republic of Fiera
First steps
Following the declaration of the Republic of Fiera, it abolished the communist system to establish a democratic system. The president completely rewrites the constitution and modifies the organization of the citizens' assembly.
Starting in spring 2021, several political parties were created under the authorization of President André Delacroix. The Communist Fieren Party (CPF) and the Guaca Party (Guaca) form and become the main political forces in the micronation.
A few weeks allowed André Delacroix to set up a Constitutional Council, in which he took the place of Constitutional Head and abolished the post of president.
A new party is formed "Forward" by Mattias Hoffmann for the elections in April 2021, he will become the first Prime Minister of the Republic and will form a government in which we will find Dorian Skin as Minister of the Economy and the little brother of André Delacroix as minister of defense.
Several recognition treaties are signed with other micronations.
War with the Kingdom of Bordan
Tensions create between the young republic and the Kingdom of Bordan and a war breaks out on May 31, 2021 following an ultimatum launched by the Kingdom of Bordan, it will end on August 27, 2021. This war will not cause any damage to either either party and the Kingdom of Fronecos will witness the signing of the peace treaty.
Post-war period
The republic faces movements at the head of state, only one prime minister (Fman de Floman) will serve his mandate from start to finish, however a hibernation of this micronation is noted, and André Delacroix is obliged to ensure the interims between each period which follows the resignation of the prime ministers
Relaunch of post-war activity
At the beginning of September 2021, the elections put Ugo Cuvilier as Prime Minister, he will finally leave the post two weeks after his election, without having been able to make any achievements, however this will blow a wind of activity over the republic
In mid-September, Stephan Rottmann was elected at the head of the micronation as prime minister, one week, two impeachment procedures were initiated and he was dismissed by the Citizens' Assembly, however he will remain at the head of state symbolically after having had the agreement of the constitutional head until the next election.
Rottmann's party was dissolved and the Workers' Party took the opportunity to absorb the Communist Party.
After new elections, the constitutional leader is elected as Prime Minister in November 2021. He will take advantage of this new position to reinstate the title of President of the Republic, reduce the mandate from 3 months to 2 months, and rewrite the constitution.
