Field Marshal is the five-star army rank of the New Prussian Imperial Army, and the equivalent NATO paygrade is OF-10. It is equivalent to the Grand Admiral of the Imperial Navy.
The Field Marshal is the principal head of the New Prussian Imperial Army.
The rank of Field Marshal is worn by the Emperor as Lord Marshal, the Earl Marshal, and retired soldiers who have been awarded the rank. The rank may also be posthumously awarded.
