'Felix Frode Sand, sometimes stylized Felix lagmann, or by even more rare by his Italianized name Felice; is a Norwegian micronationalist who established the Judicate of Forunes and was elected as the first Lagmann of Forunes on 29th july 2023.

Personal life
Felix's interest into history and several fields alike comes from his grandmother telling him stories of Norwegian history and local folklore alike, such as local legends of St. Olaf of Norway doings' or stories of trolls and other mythological creatures, he is also currently learning the Italian language due to his grandmother whom already speaks it.
