The Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih（Chinese as 科紐瓦與新韓志聯邦, in Pinyin: kēniǔwǎ yǔ xīnhánzhì liánbāng）, referred colloquially as Conewiwa and New Hanchih（Chinese: 科紐瓦與新韓志,in Pinyin: kēniǔwǎ yǔ xīnhánzhì） or New Hanchih（Chinese: 新韓志,in Pinyin: xīnhánzhì）, official short form is RCNHC (Chinese: 紐新聯邦, in Pinyin: niǔxīnliánbāng), is a Federal Republic that located in East Asia, the Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih is a federal semi-presidential constitutional republic with four separate branches of government, the President is the head of state and the Prime Minister is the Head of Government.
The Federation consists of 3 regions. According to the constitution, the Capital city of the Federation is the Federal Capital Territory, Conewiwa and New HanChih have four official languages, they are Standard Chinese, Cantonese, English and Bahasa Melayu.
The Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih is a member of the Taiwanese Micronations Alliance, Herniurus Group and Mindge Cooperation Organization. It also applies to be a member of the Union of Micronations.
Government and politics
Presidency of the Republic
The President of the Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih is the head of state, and he is responsible for representing the whole country. The term of the president is one year according to the constitution of Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih, and he/she can be re-elected as many terms as they want. The current President is Jing-Yong Zheng, who has been the president of Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih since 30 May 2022, and the next election will be held on 29 May 2023.
Hanning Government
The Prime Minister of the Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih is the leader of the State Council and also the head of Government, and he is appointed by the President of Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih in order to assist him, and responsible for leading the State Council. The Prime Minister can also appoint a Deputy Prime Minister to assist him as well. The current Prime Minister is De-Youg Lee, who is also the Minister of Education and Cultural. He has been the Prime Minister since 28 June 2021, who replaced the former Prime Minister Wei-Hong Lin after his resignation due to privacy reasons. While the Deputy Prime Minister is Cheng-You Lung, who has been the Deputy Prime Minister since 30 May 2022, appointed by President Zheng.
The of the Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih is the highest judiciary decision-making body of Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih. It is responsible for the adjudication of civil, criminal, and administrative proceedings. It has three types of courts: the District Court, the High Court, and the Court of Final Appeal, of which the District Court and the High Court are subdivided into the District Administrative Court and the High Administrative Court.
The president of the Federal Supreme Court is the leader of the Federal Supreme Court, which was appointed by the President of Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih. The term of the President of the Federal Supreme Court is one year according to the constitution of Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih, and he/she can be re-appointed by the President of RCNHC as many terms as the president wants. The current President of the Federal Supreme Court is LiChen Her, while he is also the Chief Justice of the Federal Supreme Court.
High Commissioner is a position that proposal ideas to the President of the Federation, or assist the President in part of the performance of his duties at the request of the President. While the High Commissioner is Cheng-You Lung, who has been the High Commissioner since 30 May 2022, appointed by President Zheng.
Parliament
The Federal Sovereign Council of the Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih, formerly called as the Central Council, is the highest legislative decision-making body. The FSC is a fifteen-membered unicameral council, elected by all citizens of Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih by proportional representation and the d'Hondt method. The FSC is responsible for formulating law, budget, bills, etc.
The current FSC is the 1st Federal Sovereign Council of Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih, which was formed on 2 Feb 2022 after the General Election on 23 Jan 2022.
National Representative Assembly
The National Representative Assembly of the Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih, formerly called as the National Assembly, is the Political Consultation, Supervise and Legal drafting department, it's a Government body established under the 2022 Constitutional Amendment. The NRA is a Six-membered unicameral council.
The current NRA is the 1st National Represents' Assembly of Federation of Conewiwa and New Hanchih, which was formed on 17 May 2022 after the General Election on 14 May 2022.

Administrative Division
Conewiwa and New HanChih is a federal republic consisting of five regions. Each region has its own constitution, elecate thier own leader and their own parliament of the Regions.
The five regions are Federal Capital Region, Hanchih Region, Colville Region, New Corando Region and Varen Region(Temporary name).
