Executive Order 1 (South Formosa)
Executive Order 1 (formally known as the Order Legislating the New Name of South Formosa under Tinakula) was the first Executive Order enacted by Luke of Wellmoore in his role as Acting Governor-General of South Formosa. As well as this it was the first Executive Order passed in the Commonwealth of South Formosa.

Purpose
The purpose of the Order was to rename the nation from the "Crowned Republic" to "Commonwealth" of South Formosa. This is due to the nation's change of government and annexation by the Republic of Tinakula.
Terms
Section I, Summary
The national name for the Crowned Republic of South Formosa shall be changed.
Section II, Order Terms
1. The Crowned Republic of South Formosa’s Name shall be Changed 2. The Name will be Changed for the Articles Listed:
a. New Government b. Annexed by the Republic of Tinakula
3. The Nation shall now be Formally Known as the Commonwealth of South Formosa
Section III, Repealing
The bill may be repealed by the Governor-General of South Formosa by order or by referendum.
Section IV, Enacting
The Order shall be enacted on 11th April 2022 after being signed by the Governor-General.
