Excelsioran English is a dialect of English spoken in the United States of the Terra Excelsior Republic. It is a variation of English, being a mix of British and American English, with some different phrases. It is spoken by most citizens of Excelsior, and was invented by Chancellor Nicolas Caiazzo.
