The Erenian National Assembly (German: Erenische Nationalversammlung) of the Erenian Republic is the fundamental Erenian legislative body. It is headed by the current President of the National Assembly Milena Grgić.
Functions
The National Assembly is the only body tasked with creating supreme law. It passes legislation and corresponding legistic elaboration as binding instructions for all executive bodies. It elects the Governor (Gouverneur), as well as a President of the National Assembly (Präsident der Nationalversammlung), who is in charge of safeguarding legislative procedure and the right of resolution towards the government, acting as the head of assembly. It also appoints the members of the Constitutional Court (Verfassungsgerichtshof) and the Supreme Court (Oberster Gerichtshof).
