Enclave Leader

Anton Zimmerman is the Enclave Leader of the Self Declared Ukrainian Enclave of Makharkassk. It acts as an autonomous state like Kurdistan. He also runs South German Korea the Enclave Leader of Makharkassk is basically the sole authority of the Enclave, it, In a way is a one party enclave but can make it's own laws. He decided to base the Enclave in the United States and he wanted to be a part of one of his favorite countries, he decided upon Ukraine. In order to be Enclave Leader:

● You must be a supporter of Ukraine. ● You should know basic history of Ukraine. ● Be a relative to the Enclave Leader, a cousin, an aunt, an uncle, a child, a mother, a father, etc. ● Know your boundaries.
