Makharkassk, (mok-hark-ask) officially the Enclave of Makharkassk was a self-declared Ukrainian Enclave. Anton Zimmerman is it's current Enclave Leader. He unilaterally declared Makharkassk separate from the United States and apart of The Ukraine, although the U.S government was not notified about this, Makharkassk is still de-facto United States territory and is protected by the United States Army. The position of "Enclave Leader" is hereditary or earned by appointment.
History
Anton had became a micronationalist who discovered the term "micronationalism" he made many micronations and ultimately they collapsed due to dormancy or little interest or name swapping. Anton was inspired by Taedong which was an Enclave of the North Korea. He wanted to make an Enclave, on 20 January 2022, he decided to make an Enclave of the Ukraine, of course it would be self-declared and probably not recognized. It still has the ability to self-government and be a self declared autonomous community within the Ukraine. He was originally thinking, for an Enclave, it would be apart of the People's Republic of China, but because he was aware of conditions and strict laws in China, that it was improbable. He also experimented being apart of South Korea but that idea fell apart, addressing the threat of North Korea, he said "Two states, one ethnicity, both separated by a peninsula that may only be united with nuclear fallout or all out war, the best way for the world to possibly survive this is, appeasement. As in the appeasement of Germany in the late 1930's."
