The Dzialka Union, officially the Union of Dzialka Socialist Republics (UDSR), is a country located in Central Europe. Dzialka has a population of 10 (as of 14 September 2023). The capital is Dzialka.
Etymology
History
Foundation
Dzialkan culture, traditions and national awareness began to take shape in December 2022 with the first meetings of the local people led by First Secretary Witold Witkolandzki and II Secretary Natt Falkenhausen. As a result of the invasions of the Duchy of Roman, the people united and on February 1, 2023, independence was declared. The Union of Dzialkan Socialist Republics was established. There were also other imperialist enemies who wanted to threaten the sovereignty of the country.
Martial Law
On February 17, as a result of the partial occupation of the country, martial law was introduced. During martial law, the government-in-exile was debating, no national meetings were organized. Partisans fought for freedom. Finally, on May 3, 2023, martial law was lifted, around the announcement of the next meeting.
Constitution
At the 27 May meeting, the Dzialkan government declared first dzialkan Constitution[1]
Konlej Group Mutiny
On June 24, the Konlej Group revolted against the I Secretary, demanding changes in ministries, establishing diplomatic relations with the Republic of Arkazja, and moving towards democracy. The authorities began to fight the rebels, but later an agreement was reached which achieved all demands except for democratic changes.
The Great Purge
On June 25, Four citizens committed high treason causing significant damage in the country. After a 4-hour investigation, the USRD Secret Service apprehended the perpetrators and revoked their citizenship, they were also banned from entering the country.
Politics and government
Dzialka Union functions as highly centralized, one-party socialist republic with democratic values. Legislative, judicial and executive power is held by the cabinet which is Central Committee of the Dzialkan United Party of Labour made of I, II Secretaries and ministries. Secretaries are the most powerful of the government.
Dzialkan United Party of Labour is for now the only political party in the country.
