Idaho (officially known as the Duchy of Idaho), is a duchy under the direct rule of the Empress of the Renoan Empire and the jurisdiction of the Dominion of Cascadia. While the Empress rules there as "Infanta" and is recognized as the supreme leader, the main administrative power seems to rest in that of the Duchess of Idaho, located in Boise. It consists of most of the Idahoan frontier, except for the panhandle, and Central and Eastern Oregon between the Cascade mountain range and the Rocky Mountains to the west and east, respectively, the Columbia River to the north and the Shasta Mountains and Nevada Desert to the South. The Snake River runs through most of the central defined territory and it includes the cities of Ontario, La Grande, Pendleton, Umatilla, The Dalles, Bend-La Pine-Redmond-Madras, Klamath Falls, Baker-John Day, as well as Pocatello, Idaho Falls, and its official capital, Boise, though, Shoshone is the de facto capital located within its city limits.
