The Republic of Forestville, more commonly known as "R of F", is a micronation in Pennsylvania. The Republic of Forestville is a relatively small micronation in Southeastern Pennsylvania, located near the Penn Federal Republic. Forestville was made in the ruins of the short-lived, unnoticed micronation of the "Elkview-Kelton Republic." Forestville was created by Cameron Giacometti, with inspiration from His Excellency, President Devin Purcell, and the Penn Federal Republic.

The Government in Forestville is a Republic. Elections will be held annually every year, in April. The elections will have people vote for a president, and the runner up will become vice president. Those people can then make their own cabinets, and rule the country from there.

Forestville has not made any relations with the greater Micro-National community yet.

Etymology

The name "Forestville" comes from the name of a defunct village, that had 3 houses covered in heavy shrubbery and briars, that had a running post office until the 1850s.

History

Forestville was made in 2023. The micronation has yet to grow into anything more than a plot of land, as a stable government is needed to be put in place first.

Politics and government

Forestville is a Democratic Republic, but is running as an oligarchy until an election can take place in April, or when a substantial amount of people join to make an election possible. Elections will be held on the Second Tuesday of every April.

Law and order

A Safety Officer will be put in place during elections, and they will monitor and flag any issues that may arise in the nation, and the court will deal with offeses as they are needed.

Foreign relations

Forestville has no other foreign relations.

Military

Forestville has a militia. They will fight in any wars when needed.
