The Takhalaf, formally referred to as Al-Mutakhalifat, is a micronation on Discord. Al-Mutakhalafiyya was established as a friend group/server on Discord. The founder and first Mutakhalifat of the micronation, Ibrahim Amin al-Almani held a vote on the 19 April 2024 that transformed the nation into a micronation situated inside of Discord.
The Mutakhalifate is a nation run by Sharia and is also predominantly muslim. The government is filled with Wahhabis and Salafis, and the constitution is the [w:Quran|Qur'an].
One should know that the Mutakhalifate is an isolationist micronation that is extremely strict when accepting outsiders into the nation. The Mutakhalifate permits only trusted members into the nation and makes sure misconduct is avoided at all costs.
Etymology
The name "Takhalaf" in Arabic literally means "delayed, late" but mostly translates into "retard(ed)", while the term "Mutakhalif" means "backward" however is in this case used as a title for the leader.
History
Foundation
The Mutakhalifate began on April 7th when a group of friends created a Discord server as a collective interest. Quickly after this, they made videos, played games and became a vibrant community.
Micronational declaration
As the members were as active as one can be, the idea of formalizing their group into a micronation formed. On April 19th, the leader Ibrahim Amin Al-Almani held a vote, they officially declared themselves the Mutakhalifate of Takhalaf. This declaration marked the formation of a strong and fearless micronation on discord.
The Sheb-Sami war involvement
Takhalaf faced its first major challenge on April 20th when an allied group (sheb) was targeted by doxxers on Discord. In response, the micronation rallied together, protecting its members and upholding certain interests.
Despite the adversity, Ibrahim Amin Al-Almani, leader of the organization, attracted new members from diverse backgrounds and the micronation's community grew from around 8 members to 19 in the span of a few days.
Politics and government
The Mutakhaiifate of Takhalaf operates under a system of governance based on Sharia principles, reflecting the cultural and religious values of its founding members.
Leadership
At the tip of the Takhalafi government is Ibrahim Amin Al-Almani, who holds the title of Mutakhalif. As the self-proclaimed leader of the micronation, Al-Almani holds significant authority in its policies and decision-making processes.
Hierarchy
Assisting the Mutakhalif in the administration of Takhalaf are two individuals who hold predominant positions within the government. These individuals, known as the Nawib Rayis, play giant roles in supporting the leadership and ensuring the stability of the micronation.

- Subsedion: One of the key figures in Takhalaf's government, Subsedion serves as a trusted advisor and confidant to the Mutakhalif. With their expertise and dedication, Subsedion contributes to the formulation and implementation of policies aimed at advancing the interests of the micronation.
- Wobbegong: Another influential member of Takhalaf's leadership, Wobbegong plays a crucial role in supporting the Mutakhalif and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the government. Their dedication to the principles of Sharia and their commitment to the well-being of Takhalaf contribute to the stability and cohesion of the micronation.
Mutakhalif
The Mutakhalif operates and runs the nation almost all by himself, he runs it sort of like a monarchy. If he resigns, his position is given to his Sons (the people he chooses to be his sons). If he gets banned off of Discord, a person with the role "big cock man" in the Discord will reinvite him and give him his position back.
Nuwab Rayis
Explain the powers and abilities of your nation's head of government. Title it after the head of government, such as anyone second in command to the head of state. Again, no need to include "The."
Hukmu
Theoretically, there is a legislative branch for this micronation, however this doesn't function as expected. The Hukmu may only take commandments from the Qur'an in order to establish the legislations of the server. The Council (Al-Majis) control what he takes and mediates him.
Hizb
The Hizb is a form of administration which serves as the judicial rule enforcer in the Discord. The Hizb gets to control certain parts of administrator's administration, while administrators can control some of the Hizb's administration. The two roles serve as rule enforcers, however the Hizb has lower power than the administrators.
Military
Every person that joins the micronation is enlisted into the military, the strategies are simple, yet effective. Tools used in raids often vary depending on the member, but the most common method is spamming or gif-changing in order for the server to get taken down.
Foreign relations
It's mentioned before that the micronation is isolationist and strict, this is a requirement in order for the micronation to strive, purely based off the fact one doesn't report old messages to get the server taken down.
