Introduction The Alovian Republic is a Democratic Parliamentary Republic in southern Lithuania. It spans over an island and two separate pieces of land. The Mainland is called Alovia with two other states by the names of "Love Island" and "Sofiland" accompanying it to make up the Alovian Republic itself. It has a rich culture, passports, a Constitution, and a visa that anyone can get. This article will cover all topics listed beforehand.
The ruling system of the GRA The ruling system of the Alovian Republic consists of two main sides - the Parliament and the Presidential office. The Parliament is in charge of the inside of the republic, covering all citizen problems that can occur. The Parliament itself has no power when it comes to outside relations and anything that comes close to that. The Parliament has 9 seats which the parties can fill up. There are four major parties - the Liberals, the Conservatives, the Communists, and the Authoritarians. Each party is made up of multiple people. There is a party leader in all of the parties. Parliamentary elections are held every 6 months. The amount of votes corresponds to how many seats each party gets (For example: If a party gets 33% of the vote, they will get 3 seats in the parliament). Once each election is over the Parliament then decides who they will appoint as the Prime Minister and the two judges of the Constitutional Court. The Presidential cabinet is very different. The President is seen as the head of the state in all outside matters and is primarily the final decision-maker when it comes to outside relations. They also can choose any amount of helpers to assist them in their duty. If an accident happens to the President or if they resign the Prime Minister then momentarily becomes the President until new Presidential Elections can be held. The President has unlimited power in outside relations only stopped by the Constitution itself from exercising too much. If the Parliament recognizes that the President is abusing their power, the Parliament then can use Article 14 to hold a majority vote to decide the impeachment of the President. If the vote passes then the President is put to court and the two Constitutional Judges run the court session. The Jury is the people themselves and an official ballot does the final decision. If the vote passes new Presidential elections begin and the former President shall wait until the second election. For a Presidential election, a Candidate must get the majority vote and is instantly inaugurated by the Prime Minister (the Parliamentary elections come first.)

Military of the GRA
The military of the Alovian Republic is idle and inactive most of the time. The only active soldier is the President himself. Once a time of war starts, all men and women capable of fighting are called to the battlefront as soldiers. The main person in command is the President who then assigns two generals to help him in battles. The Alovian Navy consists of 5 vessels: two fast-passed paddle boats that can carry two personnel at a time, and two larger but slower personnel carriers that are also used for fishing in peacetime. They can carry up to 4 personnel with cargo included. There is also one supply carrier that can carry two personnel and a lot of cargo in its back compartments.
Passports There are three types of passports. There is the civilian passport which is light blue. It is used by the average folk. There is the honorary passport which is green and is owned by people who have done something special for the Republic. The Prime Minister usually awards them. Lastly, there is the diplomat passport which is red and owned by state officials and diplomats. Red passport owners can travel more easily and are respected more.
Division of the GRA The Alovian Republic is divided into three states: Alovia (AL), Love Island (LI), and Sofiland (SL). Alovia is where most people reside. It also houses the capital city with another city at the edge of the state. It is the only state in the whole republic to house two cities. The Capital is called Lacedon which is named after the mythical beast from the Legends of Old Alovia. It is said that the first leader of the Alovians slayed the beast named Lacedon that terrorized the area and conquered it for his people. There is also a celebration of Lacedon but more on that later. The Capital city also houses the Capitol which is where the Parliament does its work. The Second city of Alovia is called Agrica. It mostly consists of farms that produce berries and Zuccinis. Love Island Does not house a city but does house a small settlement that is not populated year-round. The Island is mostly used for military training and ritual ceremonies for Lacedon Day. Sofiland Houses one city. It is named Sofala and is an extremely popular place for celebrations and travelers. The city has, by far, the largest tourist count per year (the exact numbers are unknown). Lacedon has a population of around 8, Agrica has 2, and Sofala has 3.
Citizenship Citizenship of the Alovian Republic is hard to obtain because the person needs to know three languages (Lithuanian, English, and French) and pass the exams for each language. Then they also need to get a confirmation from both the President and from the Parliament that they are accepted and they also will need to wait for a long time until their Visa arrives. The Visa can sometimes allow the owner to enter Alovia an infinite amount of times and sometimes it is a finite number, however, the Visa will end some day and the owner will need to retake the exams and get the confirmations all over again.
Culture and cultural events The Currency that the Alovian Republic uses is the Laythe. Its conversion is 1 ALH (Alovian Laythe) into 3 EUR. It is used throughout all of the Republic. It is one of the strongest currencies out there. The Minimum wage is 500 ALH and for example, a loaf of bread would cost around 0.40 ALH whilst an average 30 000 Euro car would cost around 10 000 ALH. To convert your Euros or dollars into the Laythe you must go to the Central Alovian Bank and start your Alovian bank account. To start your bank account you will need to have citizenship making the acquirement of the Laythe extremely hard. However, if you are a tourist you are also allowed to use the Euro which is a secondary currency in the Republic.
There are a few cultural events in the Alovian Republic. The earliest one is the Independence Day of Alovia which is on the 28th of February (2022) when the founding fathers created the name and first flag of Alovia. Then there is Lacedon Day on the 24th of June. This is the day that the ancient leader ended the Lacedon and brought peace to the Alovian lands. A fun fact is that the 24th of June is also the longest day and the shortest night of the year. Then there is March 27th, which is the joining of the MA. In 2024 the Alovian Republic officially became public and joined the Micronational Assembly as a delegate. Then, of course, there is the 24th and the 25th of December. These are the Christmas Eve and the Christmas Day. The Alovian Republic is Catholic in nature.
