The Socialist Republic of Genalia, more commonly known as Genalia, is a micronation in Malaysia. It was established by President Vladimir Mario on 12 June 2019 under the name of "Republic of Genalia". The nation at first was a Unitary Dictatorship but later it dissloves. Fast forward to 10 October 2022, the Provisional Government of New Genalia was set up for preparation of a new, socialist Genalia. 12 Octoiber 2022, the provisional government was dissolved and establishment of the Socialist Republic of Genalia was announced.
Etymology
The name: Genalia, was randomly chosen by the president when he was thinking of what the nation would be called.

INSPIRATION OF CREATING A MICRONATION
A primary school boy named Vladimir Mario was inspired to create a micronation after he saw other people in the world creates their own nations. His inspiration was: The Republic of Molossia and the Principality of Sealand.
1st Republic
In the year of 2019, he finally created his own micronation called the "Republic of Genalia". The state was a Unitary Dictatorship. Political parties are not allowed to operate considering that the president that time didn't understand the concept of political parties and a legislature. Currencies are abolished but the one that was allowed to used as a de facto currency is the Malaysian Ringgit. They have their own passport and to enter the micronation, the people will need to have permission from the government for "security" and for "maintaining the independence of the Micronation". Unfortunately, it was forced to dissolve due to inactivity.
New Genalia
On 10 October 2022, the Provisional Government of New Genalia was established as a preparation for a new Genalia. It was created 3 years after the dissolution of the Republic of Genalia. The government was created and governed by the Socialist Workers' Party (Parti Pekerja Sosialis). It was until 12 October 2022 when the Socialist Republic of Genalia was created meaning that the Provisional Government of New Genalia only lived for 2 days.

2nd Republic (Socialist Republic)
On 12 October 2022, the Socialist Republic of Genalia was born. The government of Genalia was a Unitary One-Party Socialist Republic. The only allowed political party was the Socialist Workers' Party. Before the legislature was named the Assembly of the Republic, it was the General People's Assembly. It succeeds the Provisional Government of New Genalia as a Socialist nation just like what the provisional government wanted.

As you know, the Socialist Republic of Genalia was a Unitary One-Party Socialist Republic, although not necessarily Marxist-Leninist. The Assembly of the Republic was created to talk about major and minor problems within the party and the public that later will later be talked by the Politburo and later the Central Committee (for within party issues) or by the GPPCC (for public issues). Members of the Assembly was appointed by the president.
Central Committee
The party’s decisions by the Politburo was talked at the Central Committee of the Socialist Workers’ Party and will be ratified if the majority voted for yes. The Central Committee was elected every three years by the Genalian People’s Political Consultative Council, a party conference of the SWP.
Politburo
10 members(including the Chairman) of the Central Committee then was appointed by the Chairman into the Politburo/Political Bureau, the policymaking administration of the Party.
Politburo Standing Committee
Then, 5 members(including the Chairman) of the Politburo was appointed by the Chairman to the Politburo Standing Committee. It is created to conduct policy and decision making when the Politburo was not in session.
Genalian People’s Political Consultative Council
Then, there was the Genalian People’s Political Consultative Council. Just like what was written just now, the GPPCC was responsible for electing members of the Central Committee and that means they too responsible for electing new leaders. The GPPCC too talk about major and minor problems, but now for the public and not the party. Unlike the others, decisions making in the GPPCC will be talked and elected directly and not through the Central Committee first to be talked. Members of the GPPCC was elected by the people through a secret ballot.

Religion
In the constitution of Genalia, it was stated that Genalia was officially a secualr state in which no religion was state-sponsored. Every religion is acceptable in Genalia. Enforcement/propagation of religion is banned and could ended up in exile if caught. Preaching about religion is allowed but need to have government permission in order to do so. This is to keep peace amongst citizens of Genalia and no religious conflicts between all sides occur. Sectarianism is prohibited because it is afraid that by allowing Sectarian sentiments to move around freely, a conflict about religion will be triggered and could lead to worsen relationship between religions.
